A. No we only cater for cats.

Q. If we collect our cat in the morning (before 12.30pm), do we pay for that day?
A. No, we do not charge for the morning of collection.

Q. Does my cat have to be immunised?
A. Yes, we only take innoculated cats with up to date boosters.

Q. Are you insured against cat illness?
A. Yes, we are fully insured.

Q. Can we visit to see your facilities?

Q. Are your pens secure?
A. Yes, all our pens are behind locked doors and we operate an out-of-hours alarm system.

Q. How do we pay?                                                                                                                                                                                                                       A. We accept payment upon collection of either cash or cheque.
